Emily Gray Hook is a designer and illustrator, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and currently a third year student attending Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, Rhode Island, where she is studying to receive a BFA for Graphic Design. Through her work, Emily is highly interested in uplifting, supporting and representing disabled individuals, as she is a disabled artist herself. In the studio, she enjoys experimenting with analog and digital elements to form mixed media works that meld the worlds of design and fine art. When she is not creating, Emily can often be found assisting with different camps, classes, and workshops for artists of all ages and abilities or spending time with her dogs, Peyton and Redd, who are often featured in her work.
